Your domain is registered in your name from day one. Always. If we part ways, your domain comes with you. No transfer fees, no negotiation.

Cancel with 30 days notice

After your initial 12-month term, the plan runs month-to-month. 30 days written notice ends it cleanly, with no auto-renewal traps and no cancellation fees. A 30-minute exit call is available at cancellation on every plan if you want to walk through the handoff.

You own your content and your domain from day one, and on cancellation I deliver a full export of your site files within 14 days on Starter and Pro, or within 24 days on Growth, since the Growth handoff also includes the SEO campaign document, backlink audit, and blog content archive. No platform lock-in. You can take the files to another developer or host them yourself.
How fast can I be live? +
Starter sites go live within 10 business days of kickoff. Pro runs 10 to 14 business days. Growth, with more pages and custom integrations, runs 18 to 21 business days, or about four weeks. The turnaround stays this tight because the foundation is built on a modern, performance-first stack rather than a bloated WordPress theme that takes weeks to fight into shape.
What counts as a content edit? +
Changing copy, swapping images, updating menu prices, adding a new staff bio, tweaking hours — any single edit request that takes up to 30 minutes counts toward your monthly allowance. Bigger requests (new pages, new sections, redesigns) get quoted as project add-ons so the base plan stays predictable for both of us.
Can I just use Wix, Squarespace, or AI builders? +
You absolutely can — those tools have gotten good. The honest question is whether running your own website is the best use of your time. Every hour you spend wrestling with a builder is an hour you're not running your business. The point of the subscription is that someone is actively watching your site, keeping it updated, and making sure it's actually generating leads. That's a managed service, not a tool.
What happens after the first 12 months? +
Your plan rolls to month-to-month. No price hike. No auto-renewed long-term contract. 30 days written notice ends it cleanly if you ever need to. Most clients stay because the work compounds — the site you have at month 24 is sharper than the one you had at month 6.
Are you only for Chattanooga businesses? +
Right now I work with Tennessee businesses. The home market is Chattanooga and Hamilton County, and the work reaches out across the Tennessee Valley. That is a deliberate choice rather than a limitation. It means I can meet in person, understand the local market, and give every client real attention. If that changes, this page will say so.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later? +
