In-house design built around your business. I create layouts, visual identity, and every detail of the user experience — no templates, no stock designs passed off as custom work.

How it works

01 / 05
Step 01

Discovery

I start by understanding your business, your customers, and what you actually need the website to do.

02 / 05
Step 02

Design

I design in-house — working through the layout, look, and structure before a line of code is written.

03 / 05
Step 03

Build

I develop the site from scratch. No themes, no page builders — just clean code built around your design.

04 / 05
Step 04

Review

You get to see everything and give feedback before anything goes live. No surprises.

I handle the technical side of launch and make sure everything is set up correctly from day one.

Common questions.

Honest answers about how I work, what things cost, and what to expect.

How much does a custom website cost? +
Pricing depends on the project category, and this work sits outside the Starter, Pro, and Growth subscription plans. It covers a site over 24 pages, a store over 25 products, or something that needs custom backend logic. A small business site beyond those plans runs $2,500 to $10,000. E-commerce past what the Growth plan covers runs $8,000 to $25,000. A custom web application runs $15,000 and up, scoped after discovery. Every project gets a fixed quote in writing before any work begins. The quote comes from an internal hourly estimate, but you are never billed hourly.
How long does it take to build a website? +
This is the custom track, separate from the Starter, Pro, and Growth plans. A small business site runs 4 to 8 weeks from kickoff to launch. E-commerce runs 8 to 16 weeks. A web application is scoped per project after discovery, since complexity varies too much for a single range to be honest.
Do you use WordPress or templates? +
No. Every site I build is custom-coded from scratch — no WordPress, no Wix, no Squarespace, no off-the-shelf themes. That means faster load times, better SEO, no plugin bloat, and a site that's genuinely yours rather than something thousands of other businesses are also using.
Do you do SEO? +
Yes. SEO isn't an add-on — it's built into how every site is structured from the start. Clean semantic HTML, proper heading hierarchy, schema markup, page speed optimization, and mobile-first responsive design are all part of the work. I also set up Google Search Console and analytics so you can see what's working.
Are you only available for Chattanooga businesses? +
Right now, Tennessee businesses. The home market is the greater Chattanooga area and the Tennessee Valley, and most of the work happens over email, Zoom, and shared project tools rather than in person. That is by design rather than a limitation. If that scope changes, this page will say so.
What about hosting and ongoing maintenance? +
I handle deployment and hosting setup as part of every project, typically on Railway, Vercel, or Cloudflare Pages — all of which are fast, reliable, and inexpensive. For ongoing maintenance, I offer flexible retainers depending on what you need: content updates, security monitoring, performance audits, or just on-call support when something needs attention.
