EAB Hypnosis
Five-page website for a clinical hypnotherapist, Advanced EMT, and ADHD researcher — calm, landscape-driven design for women ready to heal.
The Challenge
Elizabeth Brager spent 21 years as a first responder before becoming a clinical hypnotherapist and ADHD researcher, and she had co-authored a white paper on hypnosis methods for ADHD. None of it was visible online. The women she serves are working through trauma, ADHD, and anxiety, so the site had to feel safe before it felt impressive — and it had to give a nervous first-time visitor an easy way to reach out.
The Approach
Let the landscape do the talking. Elizabeth supplied her own mountain photography, and the design grew around it: full-bleed hero imagery, a slow drifting motion, thin gold dividers between sections, and a palette pulled from the photos themselves. Credentials come first, services are written in plain language, and every page points to one low-pressure next step. Five months of client feedback rounds shaped the details.

Elizabeth Brager, AEMT, CHt. is a clinical hypnotherapist, nationally registered Advanced EMT, medical intuitive, and ADHD researcher. Her practice, EAB Hypnosis — Elevating Awareness & Balance — supports women working through childhood trauma, ADHD, anxiety, and self-doubt.
The brief
Elizabeth needed a website that carried her credentials and her warmth at the same time. The ask was simple to say and hard to do: feel personal, like meeting her, without losing the credibility of 21 years as a first responder and a diploma in clinical hypnotherapy. She also wanted somewhere to send the women who find her, a way to share free guided meditations, and a home for the ADHD white paper she co-authored with Richard Senninger, the hypnotherapist behind TIP Hypnosis.
What I built
Five pages, each with one job:
- Home — A landscape hero with the EAB logo, then Elizabeth’s credentials, six specialty areas, a free-meditation banner, and client testimonials.
- Meet Elizabeth — Her background, EFT training, and the therapeutic model behind her ADHD work, Advanced Hypnosis Methods for Clients with ADHD, with the co-authored white paper available to read.
- Services — Ten areas of focus in plain language, from childhood trauma and ADHD to relationships, self-doubt, fear, and EFT, with a clear medical disclaimer.
- Free Downloads — Two guided meditation MP3s, Quieting the Inner Critic and Focus Within for ADHD, with no email gate.
- Contact — A short inquiry form with a stated response window, office hours, and direct email and phone. Submissions go through Web3Forms, so there’s no backend for Elizabeth to maintain.
Design approach
The first concept was a warm cream, navy, and gold palette with a botanical background pattern. Once Elizabeth’s own mountain photography came in, the design changed direction. The pattern was dropped in favor of full-bleed landscapes, and the palette moved to blues and olive tones drawn from the photos, with gold kept as a thin divider line between sections.
Cormorant Garamond carries the headings with an unhurried, editorial feel; Lato keeps body copy clean and easy to read. Slow background motion and soft parallax keep the pages from feeling static without competing with the content. That’s a deliberate contrast to the dark, high-drama register of the TIP Hypnosis sites: this audience is looking for safety, not authority.
The site went through roughly 70 commits across about four months, most of them driven by Elizabeth’s feedback. That covered legibility fixes on testimonials, brighter overlays, rewritten copy in her own voice, and a mobile pass on iPhone. The result is a site that sounds like her.
